Are programs actually allowed on the ACT?

Yes. ACT permits programs on approved graphing calculators like the TI-84 as long as they don't do symbolic algebra (CAS). Every program here returns numbers only. ACT can change its policy, so always check act.org before test day.

Which calculators does this work with?

The TI-84 Plus CE (including the Python edition) and the TI-84 Evo. Older TI-84 Plus models run most of the programs. Not for TI-Nspire or any CAS calculator (those are banned on the ACT anyway).

What do I need to install the programs?

A TI-84, the USB cable that came with it, and a Mac or Windows computer with TI's free TI Connect CE software. The videos walk through every click.

How is this so affordable?

Small family business, no call center. We recorded the classes we already teach. No catch.

How long do I have access? Is there a refund?

No — the course is complete on its own. The live session is an optional add-on for students who want live Q&A and a final structured review before test day.

What if the programs won't install on my computer?

Computers and calculator versions vary, so we can't guarantee every setup — that's why the course doesn't depend on the programs. The strategy lessons and study guide teach the same shortcuts using built-in calculator features, and those work no matter what. Need a hand? Email info@nicevilletutoring.com.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this course, all purchases are non-refundable. Calculator programs are provided as-is and are a bonus on top of the video training. ACT calculator policy can change — always check act.org before test day. Not affiliated with ACT, Inc. or Texas Instruments.
